These make chia seed chocolate pudding extra special while DAIRY FREE! I even made Belgian waffles when my in laws were visiting us over the weekend and they are still talking about it. I added them in to the waffle because they really are mini! And made a chocolate glaze for the waffles and vanilla ice cream on top.

I used to dread to make anything new for my daughter and her menu looked pretty repetitive since we discovered her allergies last year. Then, my neighbor mentioned these chocolate chips from Pure Food. Now can actually make her favorite cookies with peace of mind and feel good about it. Happy child = happy mama
