I am very particular about my condiments, it's funny when I actually say this out-loud. But I am serious. I have a small food truck business. It is a one man show and I am always adding new samples in my recipes. I love the balance in Pure Food products, and added bonus that they are kosher because kosher healthy food is my target market. So far so good!

My daughter got me the three sauce set and we are having cookoff day in the kitchen. I used the red wine sauce for ribs and the white wine sauce for chicken, and thinking about making fish dinner with it, too. But definitely ordering more from Pure Food, soon. Want to try the brisket sauce as well.
