While we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, we are more than happy to offer exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at franco@pure-food.ca. In your email, please include your order number, a clear image of the box, and the barcode and lot code located next to the best before date on the box.
Our team will assess your claim and promptly assist you with the exchange process. We want to ensure that you receive the products that meet your expectations. Please note that all exchange requests are subject to product availability.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our best to make things right.
Please keep in mind that we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used. To be eligible for an exchange, the products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
